UPDATE PROBLEM

Bought Metz and tried the link to new update.

Game asks to update to 2.5. When I run the patch I get this error message: BattleAcademy250.DM not recognized.

ME: mac 10.6.8

Have all the other expansions as well (including Rommel).

The filename should be .dmg, otherwise the OS won't know what kind of file it is I imagine.

If this is not the problem, then please post the exact error message.

Cheers

Pip

My suggestion would be to try downloading again - perhaps it got corrupted on download?

Updated my PC to the new patch, BA now checks endlessly on opening, then crashes.

Whenever I try to download the 2.5 Mac patch (and I've tried many times) all I get is a message that says: Safari can't open the page, unknown error. WTF.

Can you post the link you are trying to use with the failed download?

On the PC update issue what do you mean checks endlessly? What is checking? Can you try downloading and installing the patch again to see if it helps.

It sounds like you need to re-add the EXE in your firewall as it has changed.
