Do I get an extra +1 on a CMT roll for having an inspired commander in line of command and in command range if he is not with the testing battle group?
Yes, you get:
+1 as he is a commander in line of command in range
and another +1 as he is an IC
For a net +2.
Were he also with the unit testing you'd get another +1
