Good morning
Because of the issues of the amount of games we can have on PBEM, and I am not moaning or complaining about current issues,I have a couple of games in my inbox with the above wording. They are there because I participate in GJS tournament and as you are aware as that develops several games are altered and previous maps become redundant.

I was wondering if there was a way of getting rid of those games. Any ideas

Download the old content and surrender. But, I have the same issue you do,did that, trimmed to now 7 ongoing games and it hasn't "freed" anything up.
