Missing launch pad

After updating to 0.76 I miss the launch pads in the background of the standard game window (behind the Vehicle Assembly Building) which normally appear if I build / expand the Vehicle Assembly Building.

Hello Munin,
The launch pads show up when you open new programs. Let me know if it doesn't, but I haven't modified the code in that area for the latest build, so it's unlikely (but certainly not impossible!) that I have introduced a bug.

Sorry - my fault. I opened "Sputnik", "Pioneer 4" (Lunar Flyby) and "X15" without having a launch pad ... but after opening "Explorer" mission now I have it!
