Strange minor save game error

Pandora runs just about perfectly on my Win 7 machine, but I've noticed a strange error on reloading from an autosave.
Twice, as a result of a "finger slip", I've reloaded the game only to see some enemy air units disappear! The only reason I noticed at all is because I had, or was about to, attack them on my turn.
Of course, I don't have a save file due to the nature of the problem, and it's not reproducible.
