I´m not sure who BG must conform after one BGs make an interception carge on another charging BG. The active player is charging BG owner, so, must be this group or the intercepting group who conform to the other?

It is the active players bg that conforms, if for some reason they cannot then often one finds the opponents can when they are active the next turn
