Swedish Bugs?

Tried in GS 3.0:
BUG 1:
If you declare War on Norway, Denmark and Sweden in the same turn and in that sequence, Sweden will NOT be surpriesed and will spawn defenders at 10 steps! (Whereas Norway and Denmark will be suprised).
If you declare War on Sweden , Denmark and Norway in the same turn and in that sequence, None of the countries will be surpriesed and all will spawn defenders at 10 steps!
Should'nt all be surprised and spwan defenders at 3 steps?
BUG 2:
If you declare war on Sweden the swedisch Ore mine is set to ZERO. But it is not set back to 6 once you conquered Sweden. I don't think thats ment to be like this, right?
