I have a suggestion - after moving the mouse over a particular icon, you should see a window with information what the icon represents. Icons are a nice idea and the players who are from v7.0.0 know what icons mean, but for beginners it may be some confusion.

Yes, that feature was present in BARIS : when the mouse was over a building, it's name displayed in the interface "taskbar".
