Do changes in R&D introduced equipment upgrade during the mission fail. When I send Jupiter Flybay - mission was a failure but the equipment was upgrade.
I put a save, but can not promise that the mission will fail.

Indeed, this is the same issue reported here. It's fixed now. I've tested it with the savefile you've provided and I can confirm that the mission fails and that the component reliability gets reduced by -23.559%.

I'll be uploading an interim fix in a few hours, so that you guys can keep playing during the weekend.
