Hmm, I do not know if it's a display or scripts bug (Biosatellite Mission began as the first), have a look:

Besides, after the mission in Mission Control Layout tab, staff assigned to it do not display .

Text of Biosatellite Mision also displays outside of the frame (like the text in the X-15, Lunar lander missions and Mercury missions)

The red bar isn't showing at all in Gemini Manned missions (but works well for Gemini Unmanned missions). Maybe related to the astronauts skills ?
