Apologies if this is an inappropraite forum to ask this question.
Any recommendations on the manufacturer of the best looking figures for billmen, dismounted men at arms and longbowmen in 15mm?
Cheers
Pete

The Donnington range is, IMO, very nice -
http://shop.ancient-modern.co.uk/wars-o ... s-63-c.asp - unfortunately no pics of the figures there.
They supply separate pole weapons so you can get a mix in your billmen, ment-at-arms, etc. Figures are on the chunky side, however, IMO this is one of the things that makes them good. Paint up nicel as well - even with my limited painting skills

Indeed. They are one of the manufacturers whose figures paint much better than you expect.

Museum Miniatures also have some fantastic dismounted knights - I think (like Donnington) you can buy them as singles as well (and they often have a sale around this time of year?).

Thanks very much for all of these suggestions.
Amazing to look at the difference in the websites. Corvus Belli take top marks for presentation - isn't it a shame all figure manufacturers can't do something similar so that we can see before we buy.
Now I just have to find out whether the investment is worthwhile. I see there's another post on stakes. Looks like a few of us are looking at how to counter those nasty knights!
Cheers

If you like dainty figures there is also a range of very nice (IMO) 100 years war figures produced by Chariot miniatures.

in my point of view, you can mix :
essex and corvus belli, for english hyw
feudal casting and and chariot miniature for wor
all good and beautiful
anyway my army is a mix of all...
