_[BUG] v1.8.16.927 BRC8 Sounds

I know this is still beta and all but the soundeffects seem like they are being "cut off". In the old version FoG (RB) the SFX for moving units and fighting lasts longer and there is a nice overflow between two soundeffects. In this version they are short and stop abruptly. Also there is no soundeffect for handgunners at all ( just played it in the Swiss Pike vs Burgundians scenario).

FoG(RB) had kind of a dull sound system, in which (for example) the unit march sound would continue to be played until the end, even if the unit already stopped (long ago).
We've also tweaked a little bit the sound effects' fade in/fade out already in our current revision in here.
The missing handgun sound might be a bug though, we'll have a look at it.

It's hilarious with drilled troops routing in an ordered march (I believe even the Prussians wouldn't do that...). Also, it's kind of silly with the ranged troops firing and all you hear is the sound of one (two?) bows/spears/guns. Otherwise I think the sound effects are quite good. These re original SFX from FoG(RB) version. Rout SFX is same as Fail/Refuse one (a "Nooo" sound), hardly the sound of a human crowd routing away. And having them rout in silence would be worse than having them use the march SFX. Same as keeping a routing unit together, instead removing it completely (as people composing it dispersed, rendering the unit practically nonexistent anymore), it's just a convention.
The SFX are FoG(RB) original ones, as you can hear them if you try to listen to them from FoG(RB)'s sounds' folder. Maybe at some time in the future we'll replace the odd ones, and add new ones, but for the moment they are all that we (will) have.

Is your Sound slider from Settings moved all the way to the right? Is the Windows' sound slider up to 100%? Is your Windows mixer's sound for FoG(U) at 100%?

Ok, i tested one more scenario with Heavy Artillery (Chaldiran 1514) and the SFX for HArt are "odd". Try it for yourself and i think you will see (hear) what i mean.

Ok all is fixed as I had the wrong version downloaded 1.8.15.881 instead of 1.8.16.927. Don't know what happened there

this was already fixed. see bove.
