Hmmm, what am I doing wrong? I was able to research "Strenges Regiment" (Rigorous Regiment) but I'm not able to research "Schadensverhinderung" (Damage Evasion). Every turn I have to select this research again.
Here is a savegame: I wonder why the research tree depends on the language:

It stems from the trees being different and the client and server not having the same language. If you play in English or change the server's written language in the config to German and play in German it should work.

Needless to say, it will be fixed in the release version.
