Since 24-48 hour the server is giving problems again.

Indeed. It was down for various 2-3 hour periods SAT, SUN and MON.

Getting to be on a daily basis ruining a otherwise good game

We are trying to track down the issue. The more information you can provide the better. So whenever you see an issue please let us know the time (and timezone), and ideally your IP address.

Sorry for the ongoing issues, we are, as I say, following up the issues with the server team.

Pip, if you go back through the last few days I did just that in GMT. It affected the US, UK and Sweden based upon responses.

Add Canada to that list. Been having problems for a few days now. Most recently for the past couple of hours.

At least 8hrs now if they don't sort this out I won't be buying BA2 as the best thing about the game is online play it's ruining the game

All seems ok at the moment here (2100 EST - North Carolina). upload and downloads are approx 8-10 seconds

Ditto here in South Korea. Havnt been able to access a PBEM game for about 2 days now. Hope u guys can get it sorted soon. I need my daily fix of BA.....I'm an addict!

Took one minute and I got failed to load...retries after that failed automatically

Before that the other turns I played were up and down at about 15 seconds

We have made some server fixes that we hope will solve the issue. If you are still seeing problems then please let us know.

Sorry for the problem. We were building several indexes to increase the performance of the server, during this time connections were failing, sorry about that. Please try now guys, and let us know if the connection feels faster.
