What is the maximum supply limit the Axis player can have in North Africa if he controls all the ports in Africa, Malta, and Gibraltar? In addition the Allied player does not have a naval presence in the Mediterranean.

I previously tried using the chart, but I want to confirm my calculations are correct. I think 65 supply points are available to the Axis.

Any Libyan port is worth 5, but not each port is worth 5. If you possess any Libyan port you have 5 points of supply,
If you control either Malta or Gibraltar as the Axis that is worth 10 supply points, Any other African port you gain 2.
If the Allies do not have the naval garrison you gain another 10 supply points.
The total then if you have all of the above is 27 points.
