Personally, if I'm in charge of a bunch of people in a game and it's an important game mechanic to manage them in order to succeed, I really like to keep track of their work. I love to look back at their career and remember their contributions to my progress. It would be quite interesting, if such a history could be available for each crew member of the GSA.

I would love to look back at the career (and all the space crafts he has developed) of a senior scientist just before he retires. It would also influence me, if I see that my flight director has already worked on my first manned space mission. So I'm more confident in putting him into this role again when I'm planning my first Moon landing. Finally, keeping track of all the missions an astronaut did would be awesome as well.

I read in the upcoming feature list, that a list of fallen astronauts is planned. In combination of a complete career history, this could add a deeper connection between me and my fellow employees. Right now, I'm looking all the time at their stats and if they bring the right skills for the job, but I don't really pay attention to their names or who they are. I would love to have an indication why I should remember his name.

I'm hoping the museum to come has all sorts of stats on astronauts, scientists, and flight controllers. BARIS had this for the astronauts as well as a timeline of missions. Hopefully another thing to look forward to in another update. But it's good to let them know what we would like to see.
