No, it's still in the workshop, but it's not buildable

On the reporting issues topic:
Windows Vista/7: "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Proxy Studios\Pandora Beta\"
Maybe something similar for Windows 8?

I'm trying to upload the file, but get an error message saying the extension is not allowed.

Put it in a .zip file (or just change the extension to .zip).
