All,
I bought this game when I first came out and want to install on a new computer to play at work.
How do I download the full version again?

Ever heard of the word "backup" ?
Mail your order details to support[at]slitherine.co.uk and you'll get a new download link.
And don't forget to save your new download somewhere...

You need to contact customer service, mail to support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details and ask for a new download link to be mailed to you. Please provide as many details (f.e. serial number, date of purchase, credential used) as you can to help identify your purchase.
After you received your new download link please make a back up copy of the installer file to be able to reinstall the game again in case the need arise without having to contact the customer support.
