My first impressions

First five minuets

Installed fine, but the update was rather slow in comparison. However the updater did what is was supposed to do without crashing, was easy to navigate.
The menus were rather small on my screen, takes up maybe only 5-10% of the screen space. I feel if the menu was twice the size it would be easier to read / navigate. It looks nice and clean.
I go to start a game and the first thing I notice is Cleavage. It's not over the top, but since it's the only character maybe she could be lowered on the list so people are not distracted right away.
Setting up the game was simple, but I didn't really understand the benefits of each of the leaders.
On the intro movie is a strobe effect light, may cause problems for some.

First game. Notes in time order.

Video was nice to start off the game.
The art style is colourful and the concept art pieces are interesting to look at.
The animations seemed fairly smooth.

Needs an option to confirm / commence attack if moving onto a fog tile.
Needs some form of indication tuns to objective when moving over multiple tiles.

The dialogue screen is fairly small. It could reasonably be a full screen menu.
Received praise, was called a great guy as Lady Lillith (cleavage lady  )

Xenomorph pheropd, was not sure how to use it. Was looking for a special ability like the build option.

The ai leaders continuously gave me meagre sums of money, 2 - 40. Sometimes they would give me all they owned (apparently)

I like the worker management, though it could be made clearer how much resources each one is producing.

Shared the map with ai and received the whole world. I got too good a deal.

Could not see a turn number. Would like one.

Constant praise from the ai, yet would not form an alliance.

Although they give me little they demand all my money.

AI never started a war. Their armies were far greater than mine. I was rich, so would have been an ideal target.

The aliens were interesting, but don't last long enough, and were too passive. Maybe have swarms come out of the ground / asteroids later in the game.

Near the end was doing one tech a turn, would be nice to be able to set auto research to a point, maybe a queue like construction.
