I finished the download, entered the serial number, and got the following message:

Error
Pandora has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please contact support with game logs and save games.

I recently lost a hard drive, and downloaded the game again a few days ago, just received the new serial this morning, so there are no save game files.

Check this thread for the fix: viewtopic.php?f=204&t=45957

It's fixed now, you can just update to 0.29.1.
