[BUG] Inescapable Personnel Recruitment Screen

Reproduction:
When selecting flight commanders click one of the positions, this will bring you to the personnel recruitment screen. Then press cancel and you will not be able to do anything.

Hello Feremel,
No worries. I have loaded the file you attached, hit the "End Season" button and I get the RD screen followed by the news broadcast. Is this the right file or am I missing something? Also, notice that in your screenshot the game date is 3.1957, whereas in the file you've sent me is 2.1957.

It is the right file, or it works to get the bug (i tested it). you just need to start the sputnik mission then when you are prompted to select flight director you click on one, you are then redirected to the recruitment building and then when you press the cancel button you get the screen i showed.
