So in upgrading my SET center to hire more SETs, it turns out that upgrading it does nothing... Is this not yet implemented?

*edit* - Turns out anytime I try to upgrade any of my recruitment centers, nothing changes... I still can't hire any more personnel

Hello flightmaster,

Upgrading the buildings in the space complex doesn't affect anything for the moment. That functionality is in the roadmap and it's coming soon.

You mean you are limited in the amount of people you can hire?

I can hire 28 SET persons in the Tier I building. Upgrading is pointless at the moment.

Really? 28? I can only hire 10... Did you do anything special to get 28??

Nothing special. In building description it says only 10 allowed, but I can hire as many as I want. Only limitation is I can only hire people once every year or so.
