Some gameplay questions...

Since there is no manual included with the Beta, I've got a few questions for the devs :
- What means the lightbulb in the personel abilities and what's its influence in game ? I'd say it's something like "innovation ability", like finding good ideas in an Apollo-13 situation, or maybe "intelligence", related to the future adv. training feature ?
- What means the star in the personel abilites ? A future experience feature to come ?
- How works the Hardware / Mission Control / (Astronaut) chain, and how are the odds modified by it ?
- How does the "Fitness" and "Science" skills of the Astronauts (are going to) affect the gameplay ?
