Creating Corps

I have played 2 games, 1 as the Union and one as the South and I am unable to create Corps even though I was able to create Divisions and Armies. Is it a game problem or am I doing something wrong?

It is quite easy once u get
But I myself had the same problem. Unfortuantely there are no good tool tips in the game and the manual doesnt help either.
1. Get an army
2. Get a 2 or 3 star general
3. Remove him from army stack
4. click on this new general stack and then click on the tent
5. now u can click on create corps
It doesnt work in great campagin before 62 since they wanna simulate the chaos in the first year
Try it in any scenario after 61
