Hi Zinklar
Can you help us with some information. Which version of the game do you have(which publisher/ country). First job is to check your drivers are up to date

The sticky at the top of this forum has details on how to get us a lot of the information we will need to help solve the issue. We also need to know the version of the game you have.
You might also want to try turning off the sound (add a line NOSOUND 1 to the USER.TXT file in the DATA directory).
Also, do you mean it crashes during the very first movie that plays, or after you hit escape to skip the movie?
Cheers

Try turning off the sound and see if that helps. Also try and make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.
To disable the sound, add the line
NOSOUND 1
to the USER.TXT file which can be found in the DATA directory where you installed the game.
If that doesn't work, then please follow the instructions in the sticky in the Tech Support forum to provide us with the details of your system.
Cheers
