Pandora V 0.25.0

Adding the player faction values in the diplomacy screen is a much welcome addition :)

The larger Economy screen is better too, with all informations for each city on one line.
Increasing the size of all the others specific screens to the same larger size, would reduce scrollbars usage and improve the UI.

Pleas describe the full in game «  effects » of the techs in the compendium, and not only a vague description. For example I want to know the complete in game effect of 'Fungus Cultivation', otherwise when you close the dialog box after the tech is researched there is no way to know the exact effect (or I haven't find it).

Add keyboard shorcuts in menu, like New, Enter, Delete, Cancel. To speed up menus usage.

The way units in a stack are highlighted in the bottom left box is barely visible (dark grey instead of black), could you make the way selected items and units are higlighted more obvious. It happens that you move the wrong units because you didn't notice it isn't selected anymore (usually because it has expanded all of its MP).
This is also true for list requesters like the load/save menu, where the selected file is barely distinguishable.

Add a way to change the order of the production queue, either with drag and drop, or with up and down buttons.

Adding a visual progress meter in th victory conditions to avoid the confusion between the target % and the current %. i.e . make it clear that you need 100 % of the target 75 % to win.

I miss the option to « Stop Growth ».

Playing the Togra, I noticed that taxes rates where set at 50 % by default ! Is it a new settings?

An « undo » last move would be great, at least when movement occurs in fully ''reconoitered' terrain, with no risk of revealing special feature or enemy units.

This is for 0.25.3, which should be largely identical to 0.25.0:

Game balance is much better now, I am playing at default / medium difficulty and the enemy factions can compete with me. They tend to have a larger military but cannot match my economy, I am playing as Solar Dynasty.

Artillery effectivity changes and tech-tree changes are very good.
Diplomacy seems better, though I cannot figure out why the Imperials are permanently pissed at me, we never fought a single battle and are quite far away from each other.

What makes me wonder: I can relentlessly bombard enemy units with orbital bombardment and the AI doesn't seem to notice that I am attacking it at all. It's not angry and doesn't retaliate and our relations are not harmed either. I can even bombard factions I have signed a non-aggression pact with. Is this intentional?
