CEAW ver 3.0 difficulty

I have ver 2.10 of CEAW but when I try to upgrade it to 3.0, it refuses to accept my serial number...?

That means you are using the wrong file GS 3.0 upgrade file. There are two update files depending the version of CEAW you have.
