Crash 0.22 (and thoughts)

I was retaliating against the empire that had deemed me its mortal enemy - I had 4 troops that had to cross a bit of water. Once they got to the other side (in the water), I control-clicked to select them all, then right-clicked on the land. The first unit made it, but then the whole game locked up.

p.s. Please add an auto-explore option to the units.
p.p.s. When will this game tentatively possibly maybe be released??
p.p.p.s. I am loving this game!
p.p.p.p.s. It would be nice if re-fit units were automatically renamed to the unit that it was refitted into.

This is a reoccurring issue for me. Let examine a recent scenario. Stack of 5 snipers just lost their defensive unit, and they need to be upgraded to the new device I have discovered... so I upgrade one to a defensive unit and lose the tactical window on the whole stack. That unit is upgraded, no longer a sniper, but still named "Sniper mk1".

So I rename him and select the next sniper and upgrade... and again, lose the Tactical window on the whole stack. Find stack, rename upgraded unit Sniper mk2, select next unit, lather, rinse, repeat until done. Upgrading 5 units took longer than 2 turns... and I STILL have other things to do before ONE turn is up.

This could be one of those little things that saves a lot of time... but I don't know how difficult it is to code. Just thought I'd second that point.
