In this saved game, I currently have research victory 74%,
When I click 'end turn' I discover a new tech bringing my research victory to 77%,
However the game do not end, and instead of the victory screen, I have the reporter telling that I might get a Tech victory soon.

I thought the game gives the news update at 75% and victory actually occurs at 100%.

My bad, you are right,
I don't know how I confused both %, especially as I didn't make the same mistake in my previous games.

My mind boggles with it on the military victory conditions as well. I understand it... but every time I see it I have to reprocess it.
