Unspent production and research points :
I think it would be an improvement if there were a way to use the unspent reserach and production points. I have the feeling that, currently, the points don't carry on to the next production or research.
Micronmanaging the workers to avoid loosing points every turn is a real pain.
Moves into blank areas :
Sometimes you want to move your unit from point A to Point B, however if there is still a line of dark undiscovered hex inbetween A and B, the unit will move all around the map, the pathfinding algorithmn use only discovered hexs.
As there is no way to undo the move, sometime your units move in the opposite direction as the one you wished. It happens especially with sea move or units with a bigger movement allowance, like airplane.
I think it woul be better, if the unit take the shortest path , as bird fly, from A to B, in a straight line. If A and B are 4 hexs apart don't make a 20-30 hexs move. Either stop the move when you encounter a dark hex or let the unit be stopped by obstacles.
Highscore:
Having a leaderboard, or a way to save final score, with faction, end turn and all subscores, VC, difficulty level, map size and type,
would be a good addition.
