Hey folks,

now that Patch 1.21 is at our doorstep I decided to finally go ahead and add some Panzer Corps content to my channel.

I'm starting with the tutorial campaign, split into two videos, to give new players an idea what the game is all about.
In the future I plan to use the new replay feature to show off my games, probably starting with the vanilla campaign.
That should allow for some nice post-commentary (I'm not good enough for live commentary hehe) and also keep the videos
at a decent length. I just think Panzer Corps deserve all the attention it can get. Even from a small channel like mine =)

Well I'm planning to. however I need some feedback whether this replay-feature is fun to watch or not.

I liked your video. As you said longer scenarios with live commentary tend to take well over an hour and it just to long imho. What you did seems like a good blend of speed and commentary to me.

I agree. Most PzC players take too long reviewing everything. In my opinion sometimes they overthink things or are afraid of the risks. While me we'll...... I'm a gambler!

I'm somewhere in the middle, but I think live commenting will worsen my gameplay. and.. if you lose a scenario and have to record it again and again and again... that won't make the commentary any better

And suggestions on how to play these scenarios better are welcome btw This Rommel difficulty is a real pain in the vanilla campaign I feel...

If your play on Rommel and skipping Scenarios, can we see an Operation Seelöwe? I like the "what if" scenario better than historical ones. And Kursk and Moscow 1943. Haven't seen an Leingrad scenarios yet. That'd be fun

I'm not skipping, but I'll try Operation Seelöwe. There was no Leningrad Scenario in the vanilla campaign.

Thought you went there if you chose Moscow after Barbarossa

Well there is a STALINgrad scenario, but no leningrad one. Leningrad is one possible path on the Grand Campaign though.

Ok! But how about we make things interesting..... Try your luck on Sealion 42 or 43?

There is no Sealion 43 and if I go for Sealion 42 I miss too many scenarios to have a good core for the USA invasion.

Unfortunately this series finds a very premature end. This replay system seems to be unfinished at best. The replays are unreliable and my low Countries replay is completely broken. I tried reloading the last turn and saving 5 times, no deal. It messes up the first turn with trucks appearing out of nowhere near the end and then considers itself finished. I guess this system needs a bit more work. Just a little embarassing now, telling my viewers I'm waiting for a patch for weeks and now must tell them the game is still broken to some degree :/ Ah well...

Try your luck at GC? or is it all games?
