I seem to have lost my record of the serial number to CoM when I changed PC's, and I need it to re-install.

Yeah save your original jewel cases if buy a physical copy of a game. Or if you buy digital downloads put all your serials in a single text file and burn it to a cd. That's what I do;^)

[ld] sorry, i think when you buy a legal copy, you can search for a new serial by any things, but now i know not ...

I have a screenshot of the purchase screen, showing me as License Holder, and also the "purchase ref" number

I am sure that Iain will sort you out once he gets back from his break, it's just that he is the only one who can sooth the dragon we have guarding the serial number chest.
