invalid serial number

i purchased the game from slitherine site...and when i put my cd key its says invalid serial number.
I play this game for 4 years and this is the first time when i have this problems...what to do?

Please make sure you type in the serial number in manually via the keyboard in the format of XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and not to copy and paste the serial only you could be copying not only the serial number but the white spaces on either side of the serial number.

I've tried...it doesnt work...its says...error..invalid serial number

Are you speaking about installing GS v3.0? If so then you should wait until tomorrow after Matrixgames have downloaded another version on their site later today. This installer should be able to use Slitherine serial numbers.

the second download still rejects slitherine serial numbers

Has it been updated yet? I haven't got an email from the installer developer that is has.

I checked it just now . there are 4 aviliable . the top 2 seems the new ones .

No its working using the following patch from the matrix website: Grand Strategy 3.00 Expansion (PC)
