More help on tiger scenario

The Tiger tank is only one of my problems in this unattainable scenario. You have to take a hill with 3 88s and plenty of German armor on it in 10 turns. And then take a village and battle the Tiger tank - it seems to me that you can't buy enough units to do all this.

It's a tough scenario. Use your artillery/mortars to suppress/destroy the 88s once you've spotted them. One problem I have with this scenario is reinforcements. They always seem to arrive too late to make any difference. The last time I played, they showed up on the final turn of the game. WTF, no help at all. I have no idea what triggers their arrival. Anyone know?

I think reinforcements come when you lose a certain amount of units in this misson

Take the village flags that triggers reinforcements but keep your armour safe you will need them. Try to stay away from the hill as they will flank shoot you. Anytime you have spare arty dump it on the bunkers. Hope it helps.
Ps do not split your force go the length of the map take the villages then hook right for the hill.
Cheers

Which add-on is this scenario in? I thought that I've played them all, but this one doesn't sound familiar!

Its the last one in the desert campaign
You only need to capture the 3 village VP to win
The others are achievements

Your not winning because your assaulting the Hill! Of course your gonna lose next to all your tanks and waste time taking that place and when the tiger arrives, it will steamroll you! Take the Villages first and lure the tiger into the big narrow roads. Make sure your engineers get a flanking assault on the tiger then after it's gone take the last village and them assault the hill. Make sure you have at least 2 25 PDrs to suppress the 88s and MG 42s. This means you won't have Churchhills but they are too damn slow anyways.

Problem is one of the achievements is to take the hill in 10 moves..............I can get all other achievement but not taking the hill in time............those bloody 88's prove too much.

Also like I stated in another post, the German artillery is super accurate and deadly! I know that the AI cheats on this. I guess that it's supposed to be a balancing factor....
