Error and CTD

I got an error window saying: "Pandora server has encountered a problem and needs to close. Contact support with game logs and save games."
Then the game closed to desktop.
The error window screenshot, the logs and my dxdiag are attached in the "Error and CTD" rar file, the autosave in its own rar file (due to attachement size limits in this forum).
I have not been running any background programs, other than my avira firewall and internet explorer.
This is the first and so far only stability issue I had with the game. Hope it helps.
