Para unit stuck in North Sea??

After doing a paradrop from Norway to Lerwick, my Fallschirm unit seems to be stuck. The weather is fair, and the unit's efficiency is now up to 80%, yet it can't move. Not only can I not jump on Scapa Flow or Scotland, I can't even get back to Norway! Are para units not allowed to move from airbases without a city or fortress next to them? I couldn't find anything in the manual about special rules post-paradrop on airfield islands, so... is this a bug? BTW, I'm running GS 2.10, if that helps.

er how is it that you think you can jump? no city no air unit = no jump
you have discovered that there are several one way jumps on the map

Hi,
You need at least supply level 3 to perform a paradrop. Airfields on islands can only provide level 2.
Since there is no port your unit unfortunately is stuck there for the rest of the game.
I have notified Alec about that missing from the manual. Sorry for any misunderstandings.

Thanks for the explanation. I guess I have a permanent Fallschirmjaeger garrison now... oh well.
