* Added ability to stop city growth.
Changed:
* AIs now always acts before queued player actions.
* Converted aliens have a 25% chance to die after being converted for 4 turns.
* Increased alien upkeep costs.
* Headquarters now provide 50% defense bonus.
* Insults against other factions are now randomized.
* Reduced growth of alien leash range.
* Reworked morale bonus system for AI (needs testing, might be too much).
* Show diplomatic actions in the event log.
* Dialogue panel now closes after performing dialogue actions in multiplayer.
Fixed:
* Fixed raze city crash.
* Fixed transport not being recognized as an idle unit.
* Fixed accept/reject share map not ending the dialogue.
* Fixed battle panel showing incorrect casualties for sniper units.
* Fixed Mac OS X library issues.
* Fixed a dialogue crash in multiplayer.
