Slitherine

The install went fine, but the update took LONG time. It tooks so long to change from fle 0 out of 2341 that I restarted it thinking it was stuck. Having played games like this before getting started was not a problem. The starting location was a tough one. It was on a section of land that had a one hex connection to the main land mass, and there was a hive planted just opposite it so initial exploration was a bit stifled. I researched the tech that gave me transports, and was able to get around them to start exploring. Of course by then the xenomorphs were aggressive so exploring became difficult. I like that you can move units as a group, but I don't like that you cannot attack as a grou even if you have them all selected. Overall I found the game entertaining so far, though I have only just got started.
