Vanilla campaign in version 1.20

After having a DV at Poland the game returns to the main menu not resuming the campaign. Somebody else noticed this behaviour?

Which of the polish scenarios ?
Scratch that, played the '39 DLC too much ... There's only 1 polish scenarion in vanilla campaign

I just tried, but the campaign continued without trouble. Do you have a savegame, so I can try to see what happens? You haven't accidently started a scenario instead of the campaign or any modded campaign files?

It was a scenario not the campaign.
