I noticed that it was possible to get a patch to run the German version in English.

I have recently got a Polish version from Play and was wondering if there was a patch to allow me to run the game in English (my Polish is very bad!!!) I found the English Manual download very helpful but would still like to get the messages in English rather than Polish.

I am still running on Windows XP.

Hi Herald - where are you based. Play is not allowed to sell games outside their territory because prices vary. The English version is more expensive and for this reason we deliberately stop people buying one language and converting it. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I am based in Gliwice at the moment which is near Katowice (south west Poland). I bought the Spartan game with a bonus of Troy on a trip to Lodz (central Poland).

I am English and so would like to be able to play the game without having to rely on my Polish partner having to translate for me every time a message appears!

Ok I understand, but we deliberately avoid having patches for this kind of thing to prevent imports undercutting local retailers. Sorry!
