The first campaign screenshots with the new UI are in. There are a few polish issues, but it's time we started unveiling what the game will look like.

A few things these shots reveal:

* Sovereignty is a world with cultures and history. This translates into gameplay with unique units, magic, diplomatic relations.
* Landmarks (like Farn's Lighthouse in Belport) provide unique bonuses to the owner.
* Units may have special abilities.
* There is a naval game...

Hey, this looks great. This comes as a compliment, but this reminds me of Birthright :)

Birthright was a wonderful game, both the original pen-and-paper campaign world and the computer adaptation. It evoked a rich fantasy world with rival powers, subtle intrigues and deep ambition. If Sovereignty can evoke that kind of richness in a new world, then we have succeeded.

Good Hunting!

yeah, Birthright was great.
The look remembers me of some other great old school strategy games (forgot the names though ;-))

I´m looking forward to this title !

Think your thinking of the same old school game I am thinking of. Came out in the late eighties?? Had shields as your counter?

Anyway really looks lovely. Looking forward to more info;)
