Positive news (never hurts to hear good news eh)

In a sea of complaints (even if legit) it's always important to speak up when the complaint is promptly and complete resolved.

Mentioned this in General discussions but thought it would not hurt to add it here.

Had a momentary problem with the CEAW game install process, and Ian McNeil quickly eliminated the problem.

Any time a business shows prompt and effective assistance, they earn my respect.

I always support businesses that know how to earn my respect.

Thanks Les - it always good to hear!

By nature tech support forums tend to be depressing places as people only ever come to them when they have problems and are frustrated! We try to make it as pain free as possible :)
