Service excellence (and my praise)

I am greatly pleased to post here today, how considerably happy I am with Ian McNeil and how quickly and efficiently he dealt with a service problem I was experiencing.

He gets my highest marks and my gratitude.

Dealing with Slitherine has always been a pleasure, and I look forward to opportunities in the future to further support their products.

Ian I owe you a cold one :)

I concur.

I had problems downloading a Slitherine game from Trymedia. I contacted both companies about this. Slitherine (Iain) replied and fixed the problem within hours; Trymedia replied 2 weeks later! There really is someone on the other end who will read and reply, and such service and attention to their customers is much appreciated.

Antipasta, I can say from ~3 years experience that this is typical for Slitherine. They offer a standard of customer service and just plain caring about our problems that is completely unknown to their larger competitors.
