I'm having the exact same problem. DxDiag file is attached. Win8 64 i5 DirectX11 GTX6505ti w 2 gb of memory on the card. It isn't the hardward. What can I do? Also note that auto run didn't work (obviously) and neither did it install automatically. Had to fiddle around. Have not registered the game.

Sorry you are having problems. Do you mean the desktop icon doesn't trigger the game or something else?

What anti virus program do you use. It sounds like its removed the game or disabled it.

Hi Guys,kolkata fatafat
I'm running into the exact same issue. I’ve attached my DxDiag file just in case it helps. I’m on Windows 8 64-bit with an i5, DirectX 11, and a GTX 650 Ti with 2GB of VRAM, so I don’t think it’s a hardware problem. Auto-run didn’t work, and the game didn’t install on its own—I had to mess around with it manually. I haven’t registered the game yet either. Any ideas on what else I can try?
