From memory:
Great commander plus two troop commanders
2 units of 4 Dragoons
2 units each of two medium guns
1 unit of average armoured cavalry pistol, pistol
3 units average 1 pike and 5 shot
2 units of superior shot no bayonet each of 6 figures
2 units of average shot no bayonet each of 6 figures
All of the 7 units above have regimental guns
12 bases of fortifications

Hope this helps.

As a matter of interest, did you try out Portable Defences and find them wanting?

No, it was a deliberate part of my strategy. While I did not envisage any one actually fighting me over them it allowed me to channel my opponents thinking and lines of advance. My massed firepower could then be concentrated at certain points. Also useful for plugging gaps between terrain etc.
