I bought a new PC and want to put my copy of PanzerCorp on it but it is currently installed on my laptop and I don't recall buying anything but the digital version. I want to purchase the AfricaCorp expansion but don't want it on the laptop. What can I do?

Hello mitch512u, AfrikaCorps can be installed seperately from the base game. It is a stand-alone game, you do not need to have the basic PanzerCorps game installed first. So you can order it and download/install it on your laptop without transferring your base game first.
If you want to re-install your PanzerCorps game on a different computer, you will need the installer file that you downloaded when you first bought it, and your acitvation code. If you lost your file or the download link you received through email doesn't work anymore, please contact Slitherine for a new download.
Just write an email to support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details, like the order reference number and the email address you used to place the order, and request a new download link.

Just install the game again on your new PC. You don't have to deinstall it from your laptop. You can keep it at both computers.
If you want to take over your saved games and settings from your laptop just copy the folder "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\my games\Panzer Corps" from your laptop to your PC. You need to replace <username> with your actual user name on the computer. Be especially careful if you are using different user names on your laptop and your PC.
In case you do not have the original install file anymore you have to write an email to support[at]slitherine.co.uk providing your serial number so they can validate it and supply you with a new download link.
Edit: Pff this happens when work distracts your in the middle of typing a message ... ThvN was faster.
