16.3 Cant take hive

Can clear the hive OK but cant move infantry on to it to destroy it.

I have the exact same problem, and (since this is the first version of the Beta I've been part of), I was wondering if this was a feature (need a special clearing unit or something).
I am also playing as the Imperium.

I cleared a Hive and had to wait until it re spawned units Kill them and it let me take the Hive, 1st play through so not sure what is a Bug and a Feature.
