_[NAB] rev881 bRC7 [Rules] Double moves

Just noticed the double moves is handled a little different from FoG RB.

It seems as though units can only make double moves it they are within a
generals command control radius prior to beginning your turn. If you move the
general out of the radius , the unit can still do double moves. Coincidently if
you move a general so that its command control radius encompasses a unit that
was previously not in its command control radius , it cannot make a double move.

Is this the case with other players and is it intentional ?

Cheers
Ian

This is not a bug.

The DM rules are stating that only BGs situated in leaders' AOC at the beginning of a turn phase are able to DM.

This is a good development, in my view, as it will reward players who keep their units clustered around leader flags i.e. it is more realistic.

It was abusable before, as the player could DM all the BGs situated in a leader's AOC, then move the leader to a new area, and again DM all the newly AOC covered BGs.

Yes, that is right, Dan. Players will have to be more thoughtful and accurate now. :D
