issue with troops going crazy

Not sure if it is a new issue, but I've not seen this too much in the past.
When you tell a troop to go into the next hex on the next turn, and hit end turn, AI moves into that hex, it *should* stop your move and let you decide what to do. Instead our troops drive all over and use up all available turns driving all over going crazy because the original destination is missing.
