I'm sure this has been explained, but humor me. Why not allow the campaign scenarios to be played in the multiplayer as scenarios?

Generally SP scenarios are not balanced for MP play. Being "fun" for the human player can rely on specific AI scripting and so on. It just wouldn't be much fun :)

Hmm, I'm not sure everyone would agree. Some of the more successful players might like the chance to go up against a real opponent than the AI.
(I'm assuming the imbalance would occur in favor of the US in Rommel, for example).
I don't recall, but can the maps from Campaign be copied over into MP as the starting point of a new MP scenario?
At minimum at least someone could take the trouble of adapting them, if balance were the only issue.

Future modules may have MP versions of the solo module. It would just take some force adjustment to make it work. Also easier to build the mission as the map is already done! ;)

What if they made a d-day link up scenario with a few adjustments to make it equal .
Sort of like the MP Rescue mission only with the causeway map
